I'm Kristine Newell, and I am passionate about gratitude and empowering others to live their best lives.
Gratitude has been my guiding light. It has become the cornerstone of my philosophy and the driving force behind everything I do. I believe that gratitude is not just a fleeting emotion or a momentary feeling of thankfulness—it is a way of life, a superpower that can transform our mindset, our relationships, and our overall well-being.
With this deep-rooted passion for gratitude and my own personal experiences, I have made it my mission to help others discover the incredible impact it can have on their lives. I know what it feels like to face adversity and come out stronger on the other side. I've seen firsthand how a shift in perspective and an attitude of gratitude can open doors, create new opportunities, and bring more joy and fulfillment into our lives.
It hasn't always been easy. I've faced my fair share of challenges and setbacks along the way. Life has thrown curveballs at me, testing my resilience and determination. However, through it all, I've discovered the strength within—the grit to keep going, the resilience to bounce back, and the unwavering belief that we can rise above any circumstance.
Through my coaching, writing, and speaking engagements, I aim to inspire and empower individuals to tap into their inner resilience, embrace gratitude as a daily practice, and unlock their true potential. I share practical strategies, personal anecdotes, and actionable steps that enable others to navigate life's challenges with grace, find strength in their struggles, and cultivate a deep sense of gratitude that permeates every aspect of their lives.
So, if you're ready to embark on a transformative journey of personal growth, if you're eager to discover the power of gratitude and the resilience within you, then let's connect.
Together, we can navigate the highs and lows of life, infuse it with gratitude, and live our best lives, filled with purpose, joy, and endless possibilities.
I noticed when I consciously practiced gratitude, my entire universe shifted. In fact, a habit of grateful helped me to get the life I once dreamed of. I learned day after day to focus on what I have and more would come. To thank those who stood beside me. To appreciate things like trees, friends, a good meal, and even small things.
Like a superhero who wakes up one day to find new powers, you can emerge recharged and happier than ever. It’s amazing what you can attract when you live in a state of appreciation. A habit of grateful is waiting for you. Step into your superpower.
